From the third crop of Snitzel’s Group 1-winning son Russian Revolution, the sire of seven individual stakes performers led by Group 2 winner Revolutionary Miss, Lot 696 is the second foal out of the Group 3-winning, Group 1 placed Real Saga mare Candelara.

When Candelara won the Group 3 Adrian Knox Stakes she defeated Maastricht, who went on to become the dam of Group 1 winner Loving Gaby. While when she finished third in the Group 1 Australian Oaks, the second horse was Champion Winx.

Real Saga as a broodmare sire has been represented by 19 winners from limited runners highlighted by the stakes performers Tyresa (Listed winner), Solar Winds (Group 3 placed) and Shihonka (Group 3 placed).
